Description

We serve the various sectors of foundry for jewelry, we manufacture specific alloys, divided into 3 types:

TIN-BASED ALLOYS nº 88 AND nº 94

They are predominantly tin alloys, added of small proportions of metallic Lead and Antimony. Due to its composition, they are suitable for manufacturing parts that require a high level of finish, many details and gloss. The physicochemical property of this alloy is the low specific weight, which in the end results in a lighter piece and with high hardness. The pieces produced from this alloy when passing through the bathing process become high quality pieces.

INTERMEDIATE OR nº 76 ALLOYS

This alloy is considered intermediate due to its composition, its base is made of tin, added lead and antimony. It is an excellent cost x benefit option.

LEAD-BASED OR nº 18 AND nº 32 ALLOYS

They are alloys consisting predominantly of Lead, added Tin and Antimony. They are intended for the manufacture of parts that do not require high demands in finishes and gloss. Due to its properties, composition and quality its cost is reduced and its specific weight is high.
